INTEGRATED LABELS

Integrated Labels are made in 8½ x 11 formats and 8½ x 14 formats. Typically they are made using 50# or 60# face stock and hot melt adhesive for warehousing operations. UPS and FedEx sized integrated labels with packing list constructions are available. However integrated labels can be used in direct mail and fund raising labeling applications replacing expensive affixed label products for a fraction of the cost.

Integrated Labels Applications:
Integrated labels are designed to save labor. They are commonly used as a shipping label and packing slip combination or as a shipping label/return label/packaging slip combination. Typically they are used in large warehousing operations and catalog companies. As an integrated label is printed a UPS label is generated with the shipping address and a return label. The rest of the sheet becomes the packing list material. A worker affixes the shipping label to a carton and puts the integrated label's packing ship and return label into the carton before sealing the box.

Integrated Labels Quantity Ranges:
We stock blank integrated labels in various formats that can be ordered case lots. We can imprint and customize integrated labels as necessary in quantities as low as 2500.

Integrated Labels Materials:
Almost all integrated labels are created on 50# or 60# offset opaque text stock. However integrated labels can be printed using any text weight paper material and printed up to 10 colors. Typical integrated labels are printed on 8½ x 11 or 8½ x 14 size formats, but other sizes would include 8½ x 22, 17 x 11, 17 x 22, 8½ x 5½ and 11 x 5½.

Integrated Labels Considerations:
Integrated labels are printed on laser and inkjet printers. Stock thickness and stock compatibility to the printer model needs to be examined. Another design concern is the roller pressure. Excessive roller pressure will cause adhesive ooze and can gum up rollers on printers. Inks need to be laser safe inks.
